I saw the first post and wanted to verify it because really, how in the world could that have happened? But the BBC confirmed the story and in looking it up, I stumbled down a rabbit hole of funny, history anecdotes. I laughed so hard at a couple of them, I cried!
I love history. Not the memorizing a bunch of dead guys’ names or learning famous battle dates, but the stories of how people interacted.
